When an old man receives a terrifying ultimatum from a faceless figure — “Leave this house by tomorrow… or die” — he sells it in haste to two unsuspecting brothers. Eager to start fresh, the brothers plan a quiet celebration in their new home. But the night takes a strange turn when two unexpected guests arrive: a familiar friend and a mysterious assistant. Moments after they all enter the house… everything fades to black.
The next morning, the lead brother wakes up bloodied and disoriented in the middle of a forest. His memory is gone. His friend lies dead nearby. Rushing back to the house, he discovers the assistant’s body — and his own brother is missing. As fragments of the night slowly return, a chilling realization dawns: no one was meant to leave that house.
Elsewhere, three strangers are on their way to the same house — one of them, the assistant’s elusive boss. As their car hits a spiked wooden plank, just like the others, a local mechanic warns them: “That house… it’s haunted.” But they don’t turn back.
What happened that night? Who is the ghostly figure that stalks the house? And is the real threat supernatural… or human?
